It sends the clients a reminder text and email 2 days before the appointment is due. It's linked with either your Google Sat Nav or your TomTom Satnav on your phone. It stores your "What3Words" address for hard-to-locate addresses and is linked to a digital Google Calendar. My clients are so impressed with the system.
