How to cancel
You are free to cancel any time. Open the Subscriptions page and cancel there.
The subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
Subscription changes
You can move up or down a plan during a billing period. The next invoice is prorated.
Failed payments
Payments are retried if they are not taken. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled.
Disputes
An open dispute on a recurring card payment does not cancel the subscription until the next billing period.
