This venture was borne out of making Glenn's life easier as a chimney sweep and a small business owner. He found himself spending four hours a day doing admin during the busy season - filling out paper certificates, filing them away, contacting customers to remind them of the next day's appointments, getting people booked in, keeping his spreadsheet up to date... a lot of time to spend on top of sweeping all day. Glenn tried existing products on the market to save him time and money and found none of them met his needs.
So we built Sweep Certificates to automate much of that for him, and now we're making it available to all chimney sweeps. We've learnt a lot along the way and we continue to make improvements every day.
